Hi. I’m Laura.

I’ve lived in New York for more than 10 years and spent my first few years behind a lens mostly attempting to capture the city’s energy.

Then one day during the autumn of 2020, everything changed.

A dear friend of mine was preparing to propose to his high school sweetheart. He asked if I could come and photograph the moment he got down on one knee. That day, I fell in love with the thrill of capturing the raw emotion of such an occasion, and decided I’d like to continue bringing feelings to life.

When I am not bopping around the city with my camera, you can catch me on runs in Central Park, rooting for the Mets at Citi Field, or shouting at the television when the Notre Dame Fighting Irish play. I also love seeing Broadway shows and trying new recipes.
